Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Veldron Sp. z o.o. ("Veldron," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Veldron provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Regular maintenance and scheduled cleaning programs
• Emergency cleaning services
• Custom cleaning solutions tailored to specific business needs

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises requiring cleaning
• Notify us of any hazardous materials or special conditions at the cleaning site
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
• Pay for services according to the agreed terms and schedule
• Report any issues or concerns promptly and in good faith

Service Agreements

Specific terms for cleaning services will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts. These may include details about service frequency, scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and special requirements. Service agreements supplement but do not replace these Terms of Service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Veldron or its content suppliers and is protected by Polish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Our business methods, processes, and trade secrets are proprietary to Veldron.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veldron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to address your concerns. This warranty is limited to re-performance of unsatisfactory services and does not extend to consequential damages.

Force Majeure

Veldron shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving any disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Polish arbitration laws, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable notice as specified in the individual agreement. Veldron reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or if continuing service would pose safety or legal risks. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and both parties' obligations shall cease except for those that by their nature should survive termination.

Modifications to Terms

Veldron reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veldron regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
